Red Rocks Home Care offers a comprehensive range of non-medical home care services tailored to meet the unique needs of aging adults. Our services include Post-Hospital and After-Surgery Care, Functional Wellness and Chronic Disease Support, Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care, Overnight Care, Respite Care, Companionship, Personal Care, Meal Planning and Preparation, Home Helper Services, and specialized Couples Care. Each service is delivered with an emphasis on caregiver consistency, client independence, and emotional well-being—setting us apart from traditional, task-based care models.
We are more than a care provider—we’re setting a new standard. Our philosophy of "People Before Profits" ensures that both clients and caregivers are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve. We lead with innovation, offering tools like Ruby Care AI to enhance support between visits, and we invest in caregiver well-being through competitive pay, manageable caseloads, and a supportive culture. This dual focus on quality of care and caregiver happiness results in more consistent, compassionate service that truly makes a difference.
Yes. Our caregiver vetting process is one of the most rigorous in the industry. Every team member undergoes extensive background checks, multi-step interviews, reference validation, and skills assessments. In addition to initial onboarding, all caregivers receive ongoing training focused on safety, empathy, dementia care, and wellness promotion. More importantly, we hire for cultural fit—compassionate individuals who align with our core values and uphold our commitment to putting people first, including prioritizing the well-being of caregivers themselves.
Our pricing model is clear, upfront, and designed with both transparency and trust in mind. We proudly publish our rates so you can make informed decisions without the need for sales calls or quote requests. Our services begin at $30/hour for Basic Care and increase based on the level of care required—$35/hour for Advanced Personal Care, $38/hour for Dementia Care, and $40/hour for Overnight Care. We also offer specialty add-ons, such as meal planning and pet care, to enhance flexibility. At Red Rocks Home Care, we believe in earning your trust by offering outstanding value, treating caregivers with respect, and focusing on quality care—not hidden fees or vague pricing.
We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. Whether you require just a few hours a week or consistent daily care, our team will work with you to develop a customized plan. A minimum of four hours per visit is typically required to ensure consistent, quality care for both clients and caregivers.
If you're experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately. Red Rocks Home Care does not provide emergency or on-call services. Our care is scheduled in advance to ensure safety, quality, and consistency.
Non-medical home care focuses on helping clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, companionship, and light housekeeping. Medical home care, by contrast, involves skilled nursing services, therapy, and clinical care provided by licensed medical professionals. Red Rocks Home Care is a non-medical provider, meaning we do not offer clinical or nursing services.
Functional Wellness is a proactive approach to maintaining and improving quality of life by supporting lifestyle habits that promote strength, balance, independence, and chronic condition management. At Red Rocks, we prioritize functional wellness because it empowers our clients to live more independently and confidently at home. We offer supportive services that facilitate wellness routines without overstepping into medical care.
Absolutely. We believe care is most effective when families are active participants. We welcome and encourage family involvement in building care plans, setting expectations, and maintaining regular communication. Our goal is to make the caregiving experience as collaborative and positive as possible.
Yes. Red Rocks Home Care is fully licensed by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and complies with all state regulations. We carry comprehensive liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage for your protection and peace of mind. All caregivers are employees—not independent contractors—ensuring accountability, structure, and consistency.
At this time we do not accept insurance. However, we are working toward accepting Colorado Medicaid and VA in the near future. For long-term care insurance we are happy to provide all necessary documentation so clients can submit reimbursement claims to their insurance providers.
